- Shipping & Handling charges are paid by the buyer.
- Insurance is included in the Shipping and Handling charges.
- Tracking numbers are sent by automatically generated emails by shipping company to the email address provided during payment. Please check for the tracking info in the email account that was provided to us at the time of payment. You may request tracking information via email in case you have not received one.
- Orders are normally shipped within 24-72hrs in most cases. But, please allow 3-5 days for the order processing and shipping.
- Expedite Order Processing, Overnight & other Shipping methods are also available. Feel free to inquire.
- Please provide your contact phone number and email address for shipping purpose to avoid delays in certain cases. FedEx and other domestic & International carriers use the phone number or email address to contact the customers in case of complications in the delivery process or other updates such as custom clearance and so forth.
- All international buyers: It is recommended for you to contact us with your complete shipping address information for shipping rates and to check services availability in your area prior to purchasing especially if the shipping address is not in Canada, Italy, France, Germany, and/or UK. Customer is responsible for Custom Duties accordning to their Country Laws.

Refund / Return Policy:

- All equipment is sold with a 30 day replacement warranty unless otherwise specified. DOA (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 72 hours for replacement. All returns are subjected to 15-25% restocking fee in addition to PayPal fees if applicable. Returns after 7 days may not be accepted.
- If the warranty or extended warranty certificate or gift item has been used or opened or seal is broken; full value (of warranty or gift item) will be deducted from the total amount of the order in case of return.
- Memory modules come with 1 year to a life time replacement warranty as mentioned in item information page.
- We take pictures of the items prior to shipping to maintain and insure the quality. Item is not eligible for the return if it is not in its original physical condition or damaged by the customer (or opened in case of new items).
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges when shipping the unit back in case of RMA. Unit must be well packed and insured. Unit must arrive in its oriniginal conidtion or the refund or replacement request will be denied.
- Replacement may take up to 2-3 weeks in some cases.
- Please download the RMA Form and return it back completely filled via Fax or email to initiate the return or replacement process.
- Customer need to have RMA# issued in order to ship the unit back other wise unit may get rejected by receiving or may get lost or the RMA process could result in a delay.

Unless otherwise listed in the item description; several general key Terms & Conditions are listed as follows:
- All items are shipped out 1-5 days after payment has cleared unless otherwise specified. Expedited Orders are shipped in 24hrs via the desired service. Fees may apply to expedite the Order.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail that is uninsured. We encourage insured shipment and include insurance for the benefit of our customers.
- If the item is DOA or defective, contact us immediately (within 3 days) after receiving the item for us to be able to provide you with an excellent service based on the replacement warranty as per company policy.
- All Sales in the State of California are subjected to 8.25% of sales tax. If you have resell permit, please provide it along with completed General Resale Certificate form as per The State of California requirements to exempt the sales tax (for resellers only).
- For All Credit Card Payments: Billing and Shipping address must be same or shipping address must be listed with the Credit Card Institute.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs in case of return or replacement in sending the unit back to us. We will pay for shipping the replacement unit to the customer.
- Pictures portray and present the condition of actual item for sale, and in some cases may not be of the actual item. Pictures of Memory Modules may not resemble the actual unit.
- Any physical damage will not be covered by warranty or extended warranty.
- RMA process could take up to 4-8 weeks depending on the nature of the problem and the item. We try our best to get the unit fixed and back to our customer as early as possible. Sometimes we have to send the unit back to vendor for repair. Most of the time is lost during the shipping, but we try our best to cut the time as short as possible.
- Extended Warranty Plans: Extended Warranty doesn't cover any physical damage. It covers hardware failures such as HDD failure, CPU, Mother Board, Memory, Optical Device, Burnt Pixels (if more than 6). Feel Free to inquire more.

Item Condition & Gradings:

New in Box or NIB: Item never opened or used. Item is new in a factory sealed box.
New Open Box or NOB: Item may be store/customer return, demo unit, or excess inventory resale unit. Item is neat in fairly new condition and comes with original packaging with all accessories. Sign of handling may or may not be obvious on the packaging or the unit. Item could be entirely new in its original packaging but box without factory seal. Item is under original manufacturer warranty. Extended warranty may be included in the sale or can be purchased separately.
Refurbished Items Grade Levels A - D: Refurbished units grading standards are as follows:
- Grade A:
Excellent Condition. Close to New or Like New Condition. Fully Functional and tested.
- Grage B:
Good to Excellent Condition. May or may not have sign of usage. Minor blemishes or scratches. Fully Functional and tested.
- Grade C:
Good Condition. May have sign of usage. Minor to moderate blemishes or scratches. Fully Functional and tested.
- Grade D:
Fair Condition. Sign of usage could be obvious. Very visible blemishes or scratches. Functionality of the unit may be compromised.
Most of the items that we carry are in mint condition to maintain the Quality of Product and Service. Our Grading standard may differ from other companies.

The Warranty Service, established in 1938, has been a leading repair center in the Tri-State area for over 60 years and currently service equipment ranging from 35mm Cameras to Digital Video Equipment, PDA's, DVD Players, Televisions, VCR's and Laptop Computers. The repair facility is factory authorized for manufacturer warranty repairs and technicians are factory trained to repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications. Warranty Policy and Limitations:

Warranty offered is Limited and the policy is listed as follows:
4MS LLC values your business and always attempts to provide you the very best of service. The item you have purchased carry a limited warranty period of time that you have selected upon the time of purchase and cannot exceed 3 years maximum.
Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)
No Product may be returned directly to 4MS without first contacting 4MS for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. Customers are required to include a copy of the original purchase receipt/invoice inside the return box to receive replacement product under warranty. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA Form. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product. Extended Warranty
Customers can purchase an extended warranty on selected products with less than a 3-year warranty on Refurbished items. The maximum warranty period for these products, including any warranty extension, cannot be longer than 3 years from the date of purchase. Extended warranty is currently available for purchase online.
Warranty Limitations
4MS limited warranty provides that, subject to the following limitations, each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to 4MS's specification for the particular Product.
Limitation of Remedies
Your exclusive remedy for any defective Product is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product.
4MS may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. 4MS shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product. 4MS's replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts. 4MS's warranty applies to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or 30 days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.
Limitation of Damages
4MS's entire liability for any defective Product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective Product. This limitation applies even if 4MS cannot or does not repair or replace any defective Product and your exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.
No Consequential or Other Damages
4MS has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include loss of recorded data, the cost of recovery of lost data, lost profits and the cost of the installation or removal of any Products, the installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products arising from a defect in any Product.
In the United States, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Your Use of the Product
4MS will have no liability for any Product returned if 4MS determines that:
The product was stolen from .
The asserted defect:
- is not present,
- cannot reasonably be fixed because of damage occurring when the Product is in the possession of someone other than 4MS, or
- is attributable to misuse, improper installation, alteration (including removing or obliterating labels and opening or removing external covers (unless authorized to do so by 4MS or an authorized Service Center)), accident or mishandling while in the possession of someone other than 4MS.
The Product was not sold to you as new.
Additional Limitations on Warranty
4MS's warranty does not cover Products which have been received improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged. Products will be inspected upon receipt. You can view additional criteria of the warranty limitations below.
Packaging
- Improperly packaged (Keep Original Packaging and Pack it back as received initially)
- Non-qualified shipping container (Use same method as it was received, such as double box or as indicated by RMA Rep.)
Alterations
- Counterfeit label(s)
- Customer made additions to the unit that related to the problem
- Incorrect usage if determined
- Labels have been switched:
- True label on non-orinal product
- True label on different model unit
- Labels exhibit tampering
- Label missing standard printing such as UL or other details
- Missing barcode or top/bottom cover label
- No tape seal – (non-authorized data recovery sticker) as applies to different products
- Serial number on top/bottom cover does not match barcode on end or tempered Serial numbers
- Product labels or breather filter holes obscured by customer applied stickers
- Use of product improperly
Damage
- Broken pins on connector inside or outside
- Connector(s) are damaged, cracked, missing or broken
- Cracked components on the circuit board
- Dented base casting, covering, or other body damages
- Torn or punctured tape seal
- Dented top cover
- Deep scratch
- Loose, damaged, or missing screws
- Lifted or punctured warranty seals
- Missing electronic components
- Missing parts
- Obscured breather filter holes
- Punctured at servo writer access port
- Punctured inspect pivot seal
- Scratch exposing copper trace
- Stripped mounting hole threads if/as applicable
